Nozzle Coupling with 3/4 inch Threads

The Nozzle Coupling with 3/4 inch Threads is a female threaded coupling that slides over a blast hose and is held to that hose with screws.  A 3/4″ nozzle then threads securely into the coupling and you are ready to get blasting!

Types of Nozzle Coupling with 3/4 inch Threads:

We have three aluminum Nozzle Coupling with 3/4 Threads (NPSM) for you to choose from.  Our Aluminum nozzle coupling is made from lightweight aluminum alloy specifically for our 3/4″ nozzles.  Use the drop down menu to find the coupling to fit your size hose.  Aluminum is extremely resilient and therefore, ideal for projects where there is the possibility of damage.

Another option is our Nylon nozzle coupling with 3/4″ Threads (NPSM).  In contrast to the aluminum versions, these couplings are made with a rugged nylon composite.  Because of this, they are lighter in weight and withstand abrasives better than aluminum blast nozzle holder, which is the industry standard.  It is extremely resilient and therefore ideal for projects where there is the possibility of damage.

We also have a brass nozzle coupling with 3/4″ threads (NPSM). Brass nozzle couplings are made from brass a moderately strong and tough metal with corrosion resistance and ductility.  They are extremely resilient and therefore, ideal for projects where there is the possibility of damage.  You’ll also hear these called a blast nozzle holder.  The nozzle coupling can be used for blast cabinets and sandblast pots.  Each nozzle coupling comes with screws for quick assembly.

All of the nozzle holders in this category are specifically made for our 3/4″ nozzles.  Each has a specific blast hoses to fit listed below.  All of these couplings come with screws for quick assembly.  These are perfect for small blast pots or blast cabinets.

• 14-200 works with 2 ply hose (Panblast) 1/2″ x 1-1/8”  OR 4-ply hose (Thunderblast) 1/2″ x 1-3/16″
• 15-101 work with 2 ply hose (Panblast) 1/2″ x 1-1/8” OR 2-ply hose (Thunderblast) 1/2″ x 1-1/16″
• 14-106 works with 2 ply hose  4-ply hose (Thunderblast) 1/2″ x 1-3/16″
• 14-201 works with 2-ply hose (Thunderblast) 1/2″ x 1-1/16″
