Pop up valves and seat rings are found in the opening where you pour your abrasive into the blast pot. These do wear out eventually and your pot can have problems pressurizing because this seal has been broken. This Pop Up has a 4-3/4 inch sleeve that can sit over 1-1/4 inch piping inside the blast machine. Use this Pop Up with 4″ sleeve and ring generally goes on Clemco pots 1.5 cu/ft and larger with a 4″ opening.
This Pop Up with 4″ Sleeve and Ring Features:
- Durable vulcanized rubber mushroom head for creating a seal against a seat ring (mushroom head is approximately 5 inches wide)
- Steel sleeve to slide over the outside of the internal air pipe (approximately 2 inches wide x 4-3/4 inches tall)
- Activates with as little as 25 psi
