Air Hose Coupling Gaskets

We have rubber air hose coupling gaskets to fit both 2 lug and 4 lug air hose couplings (AKA Chicago Fittings).  This is the hose that supplies air from the compressor to the blast pot; ours is red.  Depending on the size of the hose, you may have a 2 lug fitting or a 4 lug fitting.  Because of this, please check to see which you have as these gaskets are quite different.

4 lug gasket

This air hose coupling gasket is significantly larger than the 2 lug gasket.  It has a groove molded into it that seats around a lip on the 4 lug air hose coupling.

Dimensions: Approximately 2-5/16″ wide x 1/2″ tall

2 lug gasket

This air hose coupling gasket looks very similar to our hose coupling gaskets.  It has a lip formed into in and presses into a groove in the air hose coupling.  The big difference between this and a hose coupling gasket is a tapper molded into this gasket.  You’ll usually find these on smaller air hoses.

Dimensions: Approximately 1-5/16″ at its widest x 3/8″ tall
