Steel Hose Coupling

The steel hose coupling is made from steel with zinc plated surface finish. It is ideal for use in extremely harsh projects where there is the likelihood of corrosion. Each hose coupling comes with screws and a gasket for quick assembly.  Use the drop down menu or the list below to pick the correct coupling for your hose.

Steel Hose Coupling Sizes with Corresponding Hose Sizes:

Q05 = 1-1/8″ & 1-3/16″ OD hose. (15-110 2-ply)(16-210 4-ply)

Q1= 1-1/2″ OD hose. (15-130 2-ply)(16-220 4-ply)

Q1M= 1-5/16″ OD hose. (15-120 2-ply)(16-120 2-ply)

Q2= 1-7/8″ OD hose. (15-140 2-ply)(15-230 4-ply)

Q3= 2-5/32″ OD hose.  (15-240 4-ply)

Q4= 2-3/8″ OD hose.  (15-250 4-ply)

PLEASE NOTE:

• 15-701 (1-1/8) has a small claw and small opening.  If hooking to a tank coupling, it only fits with steel tank coupling 15-501(1/2″ NPT)
• 15-705 (1-5/16) has a medium claw and small opening.  If hooking to a tank coupling, it only fits with steel tank coupling 15-502 (1/2″ NPT)

All the other sizes are the “standard” large and work with anything else you find on this site.
