Description
Moisture Separator plays a major role to the function of your equipment and its sandblasting production rate. The compressed air line filters, utilized on blast systems, removes liquid from compressed air lines. This process happens prior to going to your blast pot or cabinet. With that said, moisture in your blast process can cause major production loss. This will create safety issues within your operator safety equipment (respirators). The inlet on this Moisture Separator is 1/2″ in diameter. Made of die cast aluminum the body has a working pressure of 150 PSI.
Unlike a dryer, this type of separator ONLY removes liquid. The Compressed Air Moisture Separators are fitted with a replaceable 40um filter element. Separators have a manual drain system. Draining systems allows water to be emptied from the body of the component and they are required.
