1-1/4" (32mm) Moisture Separator

Description

A Moisture Separator plays a major role to the function of your equipment and its sandblasting production rate. With that said, the compressed air line filters, utilized on blast systems, removes liquid from compressed air lines prior to going to your blast pot or cabinet. So, moisture in your blast process can cause major production loss and create safety issues within your operator safety equipment (respirators). This is a 1-1/4″ (32mm) Moisture Separator and the body of the moisture separator is made from Die Cast Aluminum and has a working pressure of 150 PSI.

Also, unlike a dryer system the moisture separator ONLY removes liquid. The Moisture Separator comes fitted with replaceable 40um sintered bronze filter elements, and that filters the water from the air and retains it within the separator body. Filter elements are a component within the separator tank. Also, moisture Separators have a manual drain system that allows water to be emptied from the separator body as required.
