Powerful but heavy
First time double venturi nozzle user. bought a 7/16 to run with a 375, pretty impressive performance. Lots of thrust and a steel jacket make it heavy. Large blast pattern. Recommend for big surface area jobs
Description
The Tungsten Carbide Double Venturi Nozzle:
The tungsten carbide double venturi nozzle offers a 35% larger blast pattern than a standard long venturi. This is accomplished with only a slight loss in abrasive velocity. These nozzles are designed to be used on jobs where medium cutting action is required. They offer a more even dispersion of abrasive throughout the larger blast pattern. Excellent for plastic or agricultural abrasives. Also great when anodizing or powder coating. These nozzles feature a steel jacket and aluminum 1-1/4″ threads with a Tungsten Carbide core.
Corresponding 1-1/4″ thread nozzle holders:
- Nylon Nozzle Couplings
- Aluminum Nozzle Couplings (not recommended as aluminum on aluminum can become stuck)
- Quick Couplers
OEM:
- Kennametal T125 Series
