Thank you for choosing Blue Dog Blasting for your blasting needs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

Before returning your product, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 15 days
  • The product is in the original packaging
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • The product must contain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Packing Slip

Please send an email to sales@bluedogblasting.com for Product Return packing slip and further instructions. Please note we will not issue a refund unless these conditions are met.

Shipping Discrepancies
Shipping discrepancies must be reported within 15 days of receiving product(s).

Exchanges
Did you order the wrong product? Did we send the wrong product? No problem! You can exchange it and pay the difference, or we can credit you the difference. Please send an email to sales@bluedogblasting.com to receive further instructions about the exchange process.

Damaged Items
Did your item get damaged in transit? Please let us know immediately so that we may service you better. Send an email to sales@bluedogblasting.com and we will answer you within 24 hours and let you know how to proceed.

Sale Items
Sale items can be returned, but you will only be credited at the sale price.
