Understandably given the weather conditions, Their response time was delayed. They have come through with some assistance, still really affected by the delay and transition time with UPS. Thank you for getting back to me I found the product I needed, I called and spoke twice about the urgency of it and hence paid for Next Day Air Early AM delivery, only to be told by UPS that they didn't receive the product until 630pm instead of 430pm, I had placed the order in the early morning, they called me to confirm details at 155pm, yet failed to take package to UPS, knowing I had no use for it if it didn't arrive next day. I have reached out via phone and email for some resolution and getting crickets. First thing they had the items I needed and the price was great.  They got things out the door timely but as life goes UPS destroyed the package.  I didn't realize the fittings had been lost and a month later reached out.  They promptly took care of me.  First they filed a claim with UPS which of course was promptly denied... no shock there.  The shock was that they covered the replacement completely.  This was above and beyond.  There wasn't one ounce of me that felt it was their fault.  UPS destroyed the box with a huge gash in the side they tried to tape up.  Even though they didn't have the parts in stock they arranged to have them drop shipped to me at no charge.
