The RPB C40 Dual Climate Control Device (MFG #03-501) is a belt-mounted supplied air regulator designed to improve comfort and productivity when using RPB Nova 2000 and Nova 3 blast helmets. Ideal for abrasive blasting, painting, and grinding applications, the C40 allows operators to easily control the temperature of incoming breathing air.
With a simple lever adjustment, the C40 can cool incoming air by up to 52°F (29°C) or heat it by up to 33°F (18°C), helping reduce heat stress, cold fatigue, and operator downtime in extreme working conditions. The unit also directs exhaust air away from the body for increased comfort during extended use.
Designed to operate at 55–100 PSI (depending on airline type), the RPB C40 Climate Control Device is compatible with RPB supplied air respirator systems and is a popular upgrade for professionals who need consistent airflow and temperature control on the job.
