The above chart is directly from RPB.  It’s been our experience that these blast suits are made to be put on over your clothing and therefore run large.  In other words, if you’re a large, get a large not an XL!  If it’s summer and you’ll have shorts and a t-shirt underneath, you may even want a medium.
